$100 Private Event Reservation Fee

A one-time, non-refundable $100 reservation fee is required to secure exclusive use of Creative DIY Workshop for any private event, including children’s birthday parties, adult celebrations, corporate events, and other private gatherings.

This fee is charged once per event, regardless of the number of participants, and is separate from and not applied toward project fees or birthday party package pricing.

Standard Private Events: 10-Person Minimum

All standard private events require a minimum of 10 paid participants. If fewer than 10 guests register or attend, the event host is financially responsible for the remaining spots needed to meet the 10-person minimum, based on the selected project pricing.

Take & Make kits will be provided for paid but unused spots when applicable.

Children’s Birthday Parties

Children’s birthday party packages include up to 10 participating children, including the birthday child. The full birthday package price applies regardless of actual attendance.

Additional children beyond the 10 included in the package will be charged the applicable per-child rate. Optional activities, upgrades, and add-ons are charged separately unless included in the selected package.

The one-time $100 private event reservation fee applies in addition to the birthday party package price.

72-Hour Registration Deadline

All guest registrations, project selections, customizations, and final attendance counts must be completed at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

After the 72-hour deadline, the host remains financially responsible for the applicable 10-person minimum or selected birthday party package price.

Guest cancellations, no-shows, or reductions in attendance within 72 hours of the event do not reduce the agreed event charges.

Late additions are subject to availability and may be limited to non-customized projects.

Payment and Cancellations

Any outstanding event balance is due no later than the scheduled event date.

The $100 reservation fee is non-refundable if the host cancels the event. If Creative DIY Workshop cancels the event, all amounts paid will be refunded or may be applied toward a rescheduled date at the customer’s choice.
