Her journey into entrepreneurship began in 2010 when she founded "The Maid Event," a business specializing in event management and home cleaning services tailored for in-home events. Meghan's vision was to create an atmosphere where clients could feel like guests in their own homes while hosting special events.
Building on her early success, Meghan, alongside her husband Jon Gauthier, ventured into the HVAC industry in 2012, establishing "McCormick's Heating & Cooling, LLC." With a keen focus on business development and meticulous attention to detail, Meghan has played a pivotal role in setting up robust processes that have propelled the company on a trajectory of continuous growth and success.
Beyond her thriving business ventures, Meghan is a devoted wife and mother. She and Jon are proud parents to three beautiful children and a grandbaby. Together, they strive to instill strong moral values in their family, hoping to inspire the next generation to carry on the legacies of McCormick's HVAC, LLC, and the Creative DIY Workshop, LLC.
