Qualifications

  Hands on artistic experience preferred
• ✓
  Some type of teaching and/or lead trainer role
• ✓
  Technical skills such as carpentry, painting, drawing, graphic design, computer skills and/or AV experience, highly desired
• ✓
  Ability to receive, understand, and follow instructions and direction given
• ✓
  Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• ✓
  Ability to understand, read, write, and speak proper English
• ✓
  Willing to work with a flexible schedule that may include long hours and irregular times, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• ✓
  Have an outgoing, upbeat, and positive attitude, patience is a must!
• ✓
  Eager to learn and have the willingness to be trained in existing systems or policies
• ✓
  Maturity and understanding of the event process and the ability to work closely with clients, including artists and designers, in a fun and professional manner
• ✓
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain and establish positive client relationships
• ✓
  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record encouraged. Reliable transportation to both Robinson store front locations and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work for each shift
• ✓
  Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
• ✓
  Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have the ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations on how to complete a project
• ✓
  Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and to work as a team member
